The League was established by independent UK theatre producers to represent and promote their interests.
The League of Independent Producers sits alongside the established industry trade associations (The Society of London Theatre and UK Theatre) and exists to represent the interests of producers where they diverge from those of theatre managers and owners.
Membership is therefore limited to producers who do not have a primary interest in the ownership or operation of any theatre.
